Agreement to these terms

By placing an order on aiproaccess.com or using our Telegram bot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service we provide

We provide an activation and support service: we deliver unique activation links and guidance that let you activate a Google AI Pro subscription on your own Google account. We do not sell Google subscriptions themselves and are not a reseller of Google products.

What you receive

After payment you receive the number of unique activation links you ordered and step-by-step activation instructions. Links are delivered through our Telegram bot.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, matching Google’s requirement for AI features. You confirm that the Google account used for activation is your own.

Your responsibilities

You agree to: provide a correct Telegram contact, activate your links promptly after receiving them, and record a video of the activation from the moment you receive the link to the moment it activates, so we can help you quickly if anything goes wrong.

Why the activation video is required

Activation links are single-use and may be region-limited. If something fails, the video is the fastest way for us to diagnose the problem and help you. We ask every customer to record it.

Order and acceptance

Your order is accepted when we confirm it and you complete payment. We may decline an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or abuse.

Prices

The price is shown on the order page: $15 per activation link (one-time fee for our service). We may change prices for future orders at any time; the price on the order page at the moment you pay is the one that applies.

Payment methods

We accept payment by card through Stripe and by crypto transfer through Binance. Payments are processed by these third parties under their own terms. We never see or store your card details.

Paying via Binance

When paying via Binance, send the exact amount to one of the addresses shown on the order page and include the transfer comment we give you — that comment is how we match your payment. Keep the transfer receipt until your links are delivered.

Payment confirmation

Your order is marked as paid after Stripe confirms the payment or after we verify your Binance transfer. Verification of crypto transfers is manual and may take time.

Delivery of your links

We deliver activation links through the bot @Aiproaccess_bot. Open the bot and press /start with your order number; the bot hands you the links once your payment is confirmed.

Links are single-use

Every activation link works for exactly one activation. Treat it as secret: do not publish or share it. If a link does not work (for example, it was already used), write to us and we will replace the non-working link.

Link availability

Promotional offers can be limited in time or region. Activate your links as soon as you receive them. We cannot guarantee that an offer remains available forever.

Refunds — before activation

If we cannot provide you with a working activation link, or the offer cannot be activated for your account, you receive a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked.

No refunds after activation

Once the subscription has been successfully activated on your account, the service is complete and no refund is possible — including cases where you later decide the subscription is not for you.

Refund exceptions

No refund is given if: you provided a wrong Telegram contact and the links were delivered to it; you shared the links publicly; or the order was placed from a region we warned about (see the next section).

Russia and sanctioned countries

Google has suspended official subscriptions in Russia and some other countries, so using Google services, including activation via our link, may require special software or DNS settings. We do not provide any of that.

We do not promise support in sanctioned regions: orders from these regions are placed at your own risk. For accounts from Russia, Google Antigravity may be unavailable, but Gemini AI continues to work.

Google’s terms govern the subscription

The subscription itself is provided by Google under its own terms. Google may change prices, rules or availability at any time without notice. We have no influence over those changes and are not responsible for them.

No affiliation

This site is an independent service. Google, Google AI Pro, Gemini and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

Prohibited use

You may not: resell or redistribute our activation links, use the service for fraudulent purposes, attempt to access the service in unauthorized ways, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content, texts and design of this site belong to us. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site, the bot, or third-party services such as Google.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of access to third-party services such as Google.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. In cases of abuse or fraud no refund is given.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of Google, payment providers, Telegram or the internet.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller’s registered location. We try to resolve disputes amicably first — write to us on Telegram.
