This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use aiproaccess.com and our Telegram bot, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep this document as short and clear as we can — if anything is unclear, write to us on Telegram and we will explain.
Who we are
We are an independent activation and support service (AIPRO Access). We are not affiliated with Google LLC. This policy covers the website aiproaccess.com and the Telegram bot @Aiproaccess_bot.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers our website, our bot, and the order and payment process. It does not cover Google’s own processing of your data — that is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Information you give us
To place an order you give us your Telegram contact — that is the only required personal information. We do not ask for your name, your Google password, or any other account credentials. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including us.
Information collected automatically
Our server logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. We use this data to keep the site secure, diagnose problems and understand traffic.
Payment data
Payments are handled by third parties: Stripe for card payments and Binance for crypto transfers. We never see or store your card number or wallet keys. When you pay via Binance, the transfer happens directly between your wallet and our address.
Order data
When you place an order we store your order record: order number, quantity, payment method, payment status, your Telegram contact, and the activation links assigned to your order. This data is necessary to deliver the service.
Telegram bot data
Our bot stores your Telegram user ID so it can recognize you and deliver your activation links. When you press /start with your order number, the bot checks your order and hands you the links.
How we use your data
We use your data only to: fulfill your order (deliver activation links), provide support, send you order status updates, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into when ordering (deliver the service you paid for), to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational.
We never sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site, as described in this policy.
Who we share data with
We share data only with: the payment providers you choose (Stripe or Binance), our hosting provider (the server that stores order data), and Telegram (the platform through which we contact you). Each of them processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep order data as long as needed to deliver the service and support you, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes and refunds. Server logs are kept for a limited time.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
Children’s privacy
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over, matching Google’s requirement for AI features. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has placed an order, contact us and we will delete the data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us on Telegram. We respond to such requests within 30 days.
Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest, you may object. We will stop processing unless we have a compelling legal reason to continue.
Data portability
On request, we provide your personal data in a common machine-readable format so you can transfer it elsewhere.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you. Link delivery is handled by the bot, but a human is always available to help.
Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the server, and secrets stored in server environment files — never in the frontend code.
Breach notification
If a data breach occurs that is likely to harm you, we notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Third-party links
Our site may link to Google and other third-party websites. This policy does not apply to them — check their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
